WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to our small operation, all sales are final. Please review your
order carefully before submitting your order.

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCORRECTLY OR DAMAGED—WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please take photos of the damaged or incorrect products and email
them with your order number to orders@guard-your-heart.ca. Please
also send photos if the packaging is damaged. We will then either
refund you or resend the item(s) one time to your shipping address.

CAN I CANCEL / EXCHANGE / REFUND MY ORDER?

All sales are final. We cannot offer cancellations, exchanges, or
refunds.
