All book orders will ship by regular mail within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within 10 business days in Canada. If the order is shipped to the United States or overseas, delivery will take longer.

We ship our books internationally. But please be aware of high shipping and customs costs, for which the customer is responsible.
If you have any questions regarding duties and customs, we recommend you contact your customs office to inquire about what charges to anticipate.

Due to our small operation, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.

Please take photos of the damaged or incorrect products and email them with your order number to orders@guard-your-heart.ca. Please also send photos if the packaging is damaged. We will then either refund you or resend the item(s) one time to your shipping address.
